How far do you travel?

Answer: Our artists and DJ's, have and will perform nationally and internationally.

How much do you cost?

Answer:We will help you customize our resources. Whether you are looking for a DJ, a small band, a classical or jazz combo, or a full orchestra, Music Masters will customize a proposal for your event that will make the most of your expectations and budget.

Can we add to or reduce the band size?

Answer: Yes. Each of our groups has different criteria. However, most can be customized to meet your specific needs and budget.

Attire?

Answer: After discussing your event and determining the atmosphere you want to accomplish, we will make our recommendations. Whether it be formal, semi/formal, hip or themed costumes.

Are you licensed and insured?

Answer: Yes.

Can we customize the instrumentation in the bands?

Answer: Each group has different criteria, but most can "switch out" instruments to create a unique/custom sound.

Is there a Host / Master of Ceremonies?

Answer: Yes. Whether it is one of our DJ's or one of our band members, they not only Emcee your event, they will also, if needed, coordinate your timeline. We will help you prepare a comprehensive timeline of your event using our custom party-planning worksheets. If you have an event producer/planner, we will work closely with them to accomplish all the event activities.

Do they take breaks?

Answer: We will coordinate and establish set-breaks/dinner-breaks in a flexible manner which best suits your event.

Is there music during the Band or DJ breaks?

Answer: You have three different options on band breaks. At no cost, we will provide music to be played on CD. However for an additional fee we can provide a DJ to perform; or a duo or trio if you prefer live cmusic throughout your event.

Our DJ break's consist of one short dinner break, during which we provide music of your choice.

Power requirements?

Answer: Varies per venue and size of the band.

Stage requirements?

Answer: This varies from a small riser for a DJ to stage for a full orchestra. We will recommend something appropriate for your entertainment and venue.
